Director of Actuarial P&C Pricing – Homeowners

Responsible for all pricing across the personal lines homeowners book Be a strategic leader in building and refining our pricing processes, ensuring that to maintain a competitive and data-driven approach in pricing Play a crucial role in developing and implementing new rating structures, using advanced predictive analytics Managing team of 3 currently, which is set to expand to around 7 in the next 2 years Reporting into the SVP of Product & Pricing The Company: Working in a growing organisation – recently went public and planning to enter new states this year (additional to the 3 they already operate in) Business is looking to launch commercial products in the near future Plans for 3 x new state entries in the next year Qualifications: Must have management experience 6 + years of experience in P&C Pricing Actuarial exams not necessary but must have Actuarial experience Willingness to be in office 5 days per week *** applicants must hold the right to work in the USA without needing sponsorship***
