Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT)Support Services. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team of professionals in support of the NMRLC Warehouse Support Services Program.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government for all contract services and deliverables. Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time and to the correct point of contact, in accordance with the deliverables schedule. Exercise decision-making authority on behalf of the Contractor, including personnel management responsibilities such as attendance tracking, appraisals, counseling, retraining, and performance improvement plans. Maintain accountability for all contracted employees, ensuring compliance with contract terms, conditions, and requirements. Responsible for any teaming partners or subcontractors and accountable for their actions and performance. Report equipment and facility damage to the COR/ACOR and coordinate necessary repairs when Contractor-caused damage is determined. Verify that all personnel operating material handling equipment or vehicles are properly trained, licensed, and certified in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain and provide documentation as required. Maintain on-site presence during work hours and ensure availability to the Government after hours. Maintain and submit an up-to-date roster of assigned personnel, including positions, duty locations, and vacancy status; immediately report any terminations to the COR/ACOR and IT Help Desk. Participate in monthly or as-needed meetings with the COR to review contract performance, address issues, and provide required progress or production reports; develop and submit corrective action plans when performance deficiencies are identified. Implement and oversee an ongoing training program to ensure personnel are qualified for assigned duties; coordinate refresher or additional training when operational changes occur; maintain training and certification records. Enforce compliance with all applicable fire and safety regulations, including hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal requirements. Provide daily time and attendance reports for all contract personnel, documenting hours worked, leave taken, and schedule deviations; submit reports to the COR to support invoice verification. Notify the NMRLC Safety/Environmental Program Manager and COR/ACOR within twenty-four (24) hours of any incidents involving lost-time injuries or property damage; complete incident reports and conduct investigations when required; provide written investigation results within ten (10) days. Prepare and submit all required accident and mishap reports, including those involving Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), in the required Standard Forms (SF) 91, 94, and 95. Experience

A minimum of five (5) years' experience in project management on a multi-function project, contract management, and personnel management. A minimum of five (5) years' experience supervising 20 or more personnel performing similar or related work on contracts. A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a supply chain management setting that includes general supply activities, receiving, inventory management, and warehousing. Knowledge of overall warehousing storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods. Knowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements, and work methods. Knowledge of warehousing methods, procedures, material handling techniques, and activities such as material receiving, issuing, and preservation. Knowledge of programs used in providing material support. Proficiency in Microsoft® Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat®. Knowledge and experience in the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Previous United States military service experience a HUGE PLUS. Additional Requirements

Must have a valid U.S. driver's license. Must be able to work a light to moderate physical effort. Requirements include walking, standing, reaching, bending, and moving items. May require lifting and carrying weight over 45 pounds. Must have the ability to read, interpret and apply reference material such as regulations, manuals, catalogs, records, orders, etc. to accomplish and resolve problems; the ability to read and speak the English language, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and format to prepare and edit written correspondence, reports, and transcribed material; be proficient in US standard office equipment, such as computers, copiers, fax machines, telephone systems and office automation systems, to perform a substantial range of warehouse support; and the knowledge of basic ethical principles, telephone etiquette, excellent communications and customer service skills and ability.
