Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sacramento. This fully onsite role supports a financial services environment, providing front-line support to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy

Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and issue resolution

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Educate customers on financial products, services, and digital tools

Handle sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and reporting

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of professionalism and reliability

Must be comfortable working onsite full-time
