Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Location: Stamford, CT
Compensation: $80-95k

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, closing periods, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Analyze and communicate weekly metrics, monthly/quarterly results, and annual projections
• Review financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Support special analyses to evaluate new initiatives or changes in business strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline reporting
• Identify budget and year-over-year variances with meaningful insights
• Adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Work both independently and collaboratively across various teams
• Work with Finance Manager and Finance Director to align financial goals with operational strategies
• Provide financial guidance to operational teams to ensure budget alignment
• Participate in regular meetings with support teams and leadership to maximize revenue and profitability
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and implement best practices
• Use technology and automation tools to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance or related area
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Advanced Excel - including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages beneficial but not required
