Utilize QuickBooks to manage invoicing, update pricing details, change dates, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Provide receptionist support by answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately. Process purchase orders and enter invoices into the system with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates to administrative documents. Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency. Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role. Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing and data management. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and handling inbound calls. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with 10-key data entry and purchase order processing. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
