Description of Work This position is located at Cabarrus Youth Development Center in Concord (Cabarrus County) N.C. The position will perform a variety of administrative tasks and have considerable knowledge of administrative and office procedures. This position is required to: Set up and maintain internal files for the facility to include, but not limited to personnel files, timesheets and monthly reports. Setups interviews for candidates. Assist HR Administrative Specialist with HR duties and serves as a backup. Acts as the Time Administrator, keying time in FIORI. Handles HR duties as needed such as PAY Actions and LOA requests, Family Medical Leave Act, Worker's Compensation, managing the hiring process. Work Schedule:
