Business Development Manager
who knows how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and close deals. You'll be the driving force behind new business growth in a fast-paced industry with a strong reputation and loyal client base.
What You'll Do
Hunt for new business and consistently beat your sales targets Build, manage, and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Create and execute a winning account strategy Deliver compelling presentations that sell value - not just price Partner with marketing to maximize lead generation and brand visibility Represent us at industry events and own your presence in the market Keep your CRM clean, accurate, and up to date
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial cleaning industry sales success (non-negotiable) A proven track record of winning new accounts and exceeding quotas Strong communication and presentation skills - you're as good in the boardroom as you are in the field A self-starter mindset with the drive to close deals and grow revenue B2B sales background (preferred) and CRM proficiency (Hubspot a plus) Willingness to travel throughout the region as needed
