Job Description Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast territory, with a strong preference for candidates based in Philadelphia or the greater Eastern Pennsylvania area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 2–4 years of B2B sales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career by managing a defined territory and driving growth.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing. Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and operations to support customer needs and resolve issues. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and CRM records. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (50%). Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $80-100k Commission and Bonus Opportunities 5 days of annual Paid Leave Vacation accrual based on tenure (14 days of vacation accrued in first year) 8 Paid Holidays. 401k with Company Contribution.
