These courses equip adult learners with practical knowledge and tools to launch or grow careers and businesses in a competitive marketplace. What you will be doing

Delivers instruction in business-related disciplines such as finance, accounting, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Supports adult learners in developing career-ready knowledge and business skills Designs and delivers engaging instructional content in business-related subjectsApplies real-world examples and case studies to support theory-to-practice learningSupports entrepreneurial thinking and innovation through hands-on assignments and projectsUtilizes digital tools and platforms for simulations and instructionProvides constructive feedback to guide student progress and career readinessMaintains accurate records of attendance and performanceStays current with industry trends to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-dateCollaborates with program staff to ensure course alignment and qualityAdapts instruction for diverse learning needs and adult learning stylesDesigns and delivers business course content relevant to today’s marketApplies real-world case studies and practical tools in instructionCreates curriculum for both foundational and advanced learnersEvaluates student assignments, projects, and assessmentsFacilitates discussions on current trends in business and marketingMaintains class records and tracks student progressSupports development of entrepreneurial mindsets among learnersIncorporates digital business tools and simulations in teachingCollaborates with program coordinators on course alignmentParticipates in curriculum review and instructional planning Performs other duties as assigned What you need to succeed

Master’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Admin, Marketing, Finance); OR Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience; OR Five (5) years of experience as a business owner or industry expert Strong instructional and interpersonal communication skills required Knowledge of business administration, entrepreneurship, and financial principles Ability to relate academic content to real-world applications Familiarity with instructional design and business education methods Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Experience with business technology tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, CRMs) Ability to assess student performance using practical business tasks Understanding of adult education and workforce development needs Creativity in curriculum development and classroom engagement Organizational skills and attention to instructional planning Ability to mentor students with entrepreneurial goals Preferences No job description availableAdditional Requirements
