Basic Function:* The HR Generalist position is responsible for weekly full-cycle payroll processes and various HR functions including maintaining records and ensuring compliance for multiple locations. This position completes employee onboarding and termination processes including benefit administration. Production of accurate periodic metrics and reports is also a function of the position.

*Key Responsibilites:*
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies. Ensure employee records meet all legal requirements. Benefit administration including enrollments, changes and terminations. Recruit and onboard employees as required. Process employee terminations including all related reporting. Provide employee support on human resources related issues. Ensure compliance related to federal, state and local labor laws.
*Additional Accountabilities:*
Contribute to a team effort to accomplishing goals and results as needed. Additional duties as assigned by CFO.
*Working Conditions:*
Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company subsidiaries. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
*Desired Qualifications/Experience:*
2+ years direct experience in payroll processing and human resources administration. Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll systems. Knowledge of city, state and federal labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong conflict management skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
