Executive Assistant Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of a leading entertainment company. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level support, preferably within the entertainment industry, and be adept at managing complex travel logistics and high-level communications. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling. Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics. Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Anticipate the Chairman’s needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts, priorities, and follow-ups. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably C-suite. Prior experience in the entertainment industry is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements and shifting priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Attributes
