What You Will Be Doing
Oversee and manage academic programs within the School of Health Sciences. Develop innovative curricula that align with industry standards and accreditation requirements. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty to ensure high-quality instruction. Foster partnerships with healthcare providers for clinical placements and internships. Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance retention and success. Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.
What You Need To Succeed
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least five (5) years of combined experience in education, administration, and industry. Candidates should have a background in leadership roles within academic settings or industry sectors related to their field, including experience in workforce development, training, or corporate leadership. All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution. Proven expertise in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Skilled in overseeing team management, financial planning, and operational efficiency within an organization. Established network and experience building strategic alliances with key industry partners. Strong ability to lead, communicate effectively, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
