Working under general supervision, the incumbent performs routine to complex radiographic and fluoroscopic exams using fixed and portable imaging equipment throughout General Diagnostic Radiology, in accordance with established guidelines and protocols. Requires advanced knowledge of radiologic technology. Acts as a Diagnostic subject matter expert and assists other technologists as needed. Demonstrates and applies knowledge of principles of radiation safety. Prepares and positions patients for procedures by using established protocols to achieve high-quality images. Follows protocols specified by the Radiologist. Enters complex data into the computer system. Reviews, verifies, and evaluates images and radiographs to ensure technical and image quality. Ensures compliance with related policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates effective communication and conflict resolution techniques with patients, coworkers, physicians, and other healthcare team members. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Recent graduate of a school of radiologic technology. California Radiology Technologist - Radiography (CRT-R). California Radiology Technologist of Fluoroscopy (CRT-F). Registered Technologist for Radiography issued by ARRT (R.T(R)(ARRT)). BART or BLS certification at the time of hire, with a commitment to obtain BART certification within six months of hire. At least 18 months of recent experience in a similar role and setting. Must possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential for successful performance of the duties. Thorough understanding of radiological systems, including PACS and RIS. Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in a similar clinical role and setting. Special Conditions

Ability to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime if necessary. Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Pay Transparency and Compensation

Annual Full Pay Range:

$116,886 (prorated if less than 100% appointment) Hourly Equivalent:

$55.98 Compensation factors include experience, skills, knowledge, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The listed pay scale is the budgeted salary range for this position and may be broader based on internal equity, budget, and bargaining agreements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
