Accounting Clerk Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:
- Handle account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices and managing payments.
- Manage accounts receivable duties, such as monitoring incoming payments and maintaining records.
- Perform billing functions, including generating invoices and ensuring timely distribution.
- Enter and update financial data in accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Process invoices efficiently, verifying details and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Operate accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial records and systems.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Support various administrative tasks to enhance overall department operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in billing and invoice processing tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Experience working with accounting systems like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
