12-hour days (6:00am - 6:30pm) Hours per Week:
36 Weekend/Call:
Minimum 48-hour call every 4th weekend; minimum 1 call per week Setting:
Cardiac Stepdown / Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) On-Site Position Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$2,030 - $2,180 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent experience in CVOR or Cardiac Stepdown nursing Travel nursing experience with at least 2-3 completed assignments Experience in Ortho (Total Joints Arthroplasty), Neuro, Ortho/Spine, Vascular, and General procedures Ability to float to Operating Room (OR) as needed Preferred: Scrub and circulate skills Strong adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients in Cardiac Stepdown and CVOR units Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in cardiac patient conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Utilize advanced surgical equipment including Mako, DaVinci, Mazur, O-Arm, and Rosa robots Document patient care using Cerner EMR and PACs Participate in call rotation and float to OR as required Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Why Choose Louisville, KY for Your Next Travel Nursing Job?
