Job Description
The Administrative Supervisor, reporting to the Senior Administrative Manager, oversees daily operations of the assigned office and plays a key role in coordinating firmwide initiatives and activities.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising workflow, resources, and priorities across offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Orange County, and San Diego;
Managing daily administrative operations and services for departments such as Client Service, Office Services, Records, Facilities, and Reception;
Implementing firm initiatives at the local level, including office moves, projects, programs, and events;
Planning and executing office events;
Participating in hiring and onboarding administrative staff;
Maintaining vendor relationships and acting as an administrative liaison;
Maintaining accurate files, spreadsheets, and databases; generating reports and presentations;
Updating processes related to office moves and staffing changes; assisting with budget management;
Coordinating staff orientation and integration into the office and firm;
Supporting related events and activities as needed;
Working beyond scheduled hours when necessary;
Handling additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiencies:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Knowledge of office administration and services, preferably in a legal setting;
Understanding of records management, facilities procedures, and reception best practices;
Knowledge of office management procedures (preferred).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred);
At least 4 years of supervisory experience managing secretaries;
At least 6 years of experience in a legal environment.
Additional Information
Salary:
