Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience Same Day Surgery experience preferred PACU experience highly desired for clinical support Current BLS certification Ability to participate in on-call rotation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Operating Room RN Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients in a Same Day Surgery environment Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to PACU team as needed
