13 weeks (Start: 8/19/2025 - End: 11/18/2025) Shift:
Variable day shifts (8-hour and 10-hour shifts, including weekends); on-call required (4-6 call shifts every 4 weeks, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Hours per Week:
36 Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1880-$2020 Patient Population:
Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics Setting:
7 operating room suites and 2 procedure rooms in a Level 1 ACS pediatric surgical/trauma center Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Oregon RN license preferred for submission Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience; pediatric OR experience strongly preferred BLS certification (AHA required) Proficiency with Epic electronic charting Circulating experience required; Level 1 Trauma and scrub experience preferred Professional references required Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
Circulate in the pediatric operating room, delivering safe and effective nursing care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients Assist with diverse surgical procedures, including trauma, transplant, and specialty pediatric surgeries Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, PT, RT, pharmacy, rapid response) Participate in scheduled on-call rotation Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic Promote a culture of safety and clinical excellence in a fast-paced, high-acuity pediatric OR setting
