National Sales Manager
Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and optimize sales efforts nationwide. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales and is pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and strengthen the company's presence in high-end and mainstream furniture sectors. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and proven success in managing a national sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Set clear sales goals and objectives for each Brand Ambassador by territory, aligning with overall company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including volume and market share penetration. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities. Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, trade showrooms, and retail partners nationwide. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage the point of sales program through brand ambassadors, including developing sales and training programs. Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors nationwide. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and professional development. Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual targets, and provide training opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong problem analysis and resolution skills. Expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Ability to develop and implement sales training programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and sales forecasting. Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings and trade shows. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management within the furniture or consumer goods industry. 5+ years of people management experience leading a national sales team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
