What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead enterprise-wide privacy risk assessments and compliance reviews with business areas - Conduct ongoing monitoring and testing reviews of privacy and information management controls - Map processes, risks, and controls; develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and support governance documentation - Stay updated on privacy and AI regulations and advise on their impacts - Translate complex compliance topics into clear language for diverse audiences
What is Required (Qualifications): - Strong background in privacy, compliance, or audit with experience in regulations like HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, and GDPR - Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and data governance concepts - Experience leading or supporting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews - Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with competing priorities - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 1-3 years of experience with internal or external audits in highly regulated industries - Experience with information security measures, technical privacy tools, or data lifecycle concepts - Knowledge of Agile environments and risk-based compliance or audit programs - Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science
