Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a contract basis in Annapolis, Maryland. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to three managers while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence. Handle and direct inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy. Conduct data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases. Provide daily support to three managers, assisting with their administrative needs. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets effectively. Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare documents and presentations using Adobe tools. Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure operational efficiency. Assist in organizing meetings and events, including preparing agendas and materials. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Familiarity with Adobe software for document preparation and design. Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in administrative assistance or a similar role. Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and maintain accurate records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in supporting multiple managers simultaneously.
