ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a multi-talented individual to help lead Nova's global growth. We are a small and nimble team and are looking for an individual who can assist with our largest strategic sales, expansion into new geographies, and finance and strategic analysis to drive major decisions. You'll be part of a small 'swat team' in this growing company and will be constantly focusing on and prioritizing the most critical areas for growth.

• Strategic sales and partnership formation
• Management and coordination across growth initiatives
• Global expansion including sales in new countries, project management, and hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in business development (and/or sales, finance, strategy) at a high growth company
• Experience in a capex based technology business (vs a software or purely service business) a plus
• Experience in the entertainment industry a plus
