Responsibilities
A growing professional services firm in Boston is looking for an Accounting Manager, to manage the accounting group and process. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with all levels of the firm including the Leadership Team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the accounting team (1-3)
  • Monthly close and oversight of operational accounting
  • Presenting reports to the partners
  • Process improvements within the department
  • Working with outside CPA and Advisory firms
  • Assist with budgeting / forecasting
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in a financial leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal / mentoring abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Legal or professional services industries highly desired
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
