This position will oversee financial strategy, planning, and analysis, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The Director of Finance will lead efforts to improve forecasting, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify financial opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance to operational teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor business health.
  • Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to evaluate investments and growth plans.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform planning and positioning.
  • Lead the budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement systems that improve financial transparency.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 6 years in strategic planning or financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, GAAP, and valuation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, VBA, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
