Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Account Manager, located in Pleasanton, CA. The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Works closely with Director of Strategic Accounts to create strategies for selling highly technical solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating projects, liaising between clients and technical teams, handling escalations, and contributing to sales efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and development.

Qualifications

• Account Management and Sales experience
• In depth knowledge of AI/LLM technologies and use cases
• Must understand software development lifecycle
• Has experience selling software services to software product companies or enterprises
• Experience in software quality engineering or a related industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
