The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
The City: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
The Money: $140k - 160k Base + Equity
The Company: Early stage start up
The Ideal Candidate: Start up utility player. Fires on all cylinders. Creates ownership. Self manages.
The Day-to-Day:

• Oversee complex scheduling across time zones with speed and accuracy
• Manage and triage communications, ensuring the CEO is focused on the highest-priority items
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and follow-ups
• Support team culture through planning team events, onboarding new hires, and reinforcing operating rhythms
• Provide occasional personal support, such as managing appointments or tasks with the same professionalism applied to business needs
