About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing high-volume requisitions, and is passionate about building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
This is an individual contributor role —you’ll be hands-on and directly responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent for roles in operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance .
What You’ll Do

• Manage 20+ open requisitions at a time across various business units
• Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Develop pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
• Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide hiring insights
• Support process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting for operations, engineering, supply chain, or finance roles
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
• Critical thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and UKG
• Background in supporting confidential or sensitive search projects\
