coding and "under the hood" development
experience. This is
not
a functional consultant role. Key Responsibilities
Develop
BRDs
(Business Requirement Documents) for interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions. Design and document
RICEW objects
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Data conversion and integrations
using OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, and MFT tools. Build and support
reports
(BIP, OTBI) and
workflows
(fast formulas, approvals, custom roles). Integration development
- inbound/outbound using OIC. Lead
data migration projects
(on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM). Provide
technical guidance
throughout project lifecycle (design → implementation → go-live → post-production support). Conduct
training and mentoring
sessions for technical teams and end-users. Support
quarterly product releases, enhancements, and optimization . Customize and personalize HCM application pages (
sandbox, Redwood Pages, OGL, and Recruitment Booster ). Ensure
dherence to development standards
and best practices. Lead
testing efforts , including test case prep and execution. Provide
post-go-live support
and stabilization. Minimum Qualifications
10+ years
of experience as a Systems Analyst / Developer. 3+ years
specifically supporting
Oracle HCM modules
(Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement). Experience in
multiple Oracle HCM implementations . Strong
SQL
experience (Python is a plus). Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications
8+ years
techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM implementations (at least
2 full-cycle projects ). Hands-on experience with
Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL) . 2-5 years
experience with
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . 2-5 years
building
OTBI & BIP reports . Familiarity with
SFTP, solution architecture, and middleware technologies . Previous
consulting or system integrator
(SI) experience preferred. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
is a plus. Knowledge of
quarterly update management
and feature adoption. Required Skills:
