This is a
temporary position (approximately 6 months)
based
100% on-site in San Dimas, CA .

Performing quality assurance checks on debit and credit card transactions. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with card processing policies and procedures. Assisting in resolving discrepancies and errors related to card services. Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot card-related issues. Maintaining detailed transaction records and reports. Conducting data analysis to identify trends and improve processes. Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience with debit and credit card processing (required). Familiarity with Episys, STAR, and FDR systems (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred). Strong oral and written communication skills. Typing speed: 30 WPM and 10-key by touch at 25 WPM. Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour (fixed rate, no variations).
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
