My Client is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee commercial interior projects valued at $1M+. The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities include: Managing all phases of projects valued at $1M+ Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Leading subcontractor buyout and sequencing buyout processes Coordinating with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success Utilizing Procore for project management, reporting, and documentation Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and building code requirements Supporting base building projects when applicable MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction Strong background in commercial interiors ($1M+ projects) Experience across retail, hospitality, restaurants, office, daycare, and similar sectors Base building experience a plus Proficiency with Procore software Excellent organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills Proven track record with buyout and sequencing buyout What's on Offer
