Oversee all facets of high-end corporate interiors projects ranging from $1M - $20M+. Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Effectively communicate project details and updates. Work in collaboration with estimators/preconstruction. Establish and maintain working relationships with project team, internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Identify and develop relationships with potential clients. Manage change order process. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors. Manage/mentor more junior staff members. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field +/- 5-10 years of construction industry experience General Contracting background Strong tenure at current and previous employers Experience managing and successfully completing high end corporate interiors projects. Project values can range from $500k - $20M+ Demonstrated history of client satisfaction and profitability Experience leading and training junior staff members OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam Understanding of Primavera and BIM preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's On Offer
