The

Administrative Assistant

is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your Specific Duties Will Include: Agent & Office Support Provide exceptional customer service to agents and clients visiting the office. Support agents with operational and technology questions. Offer basic marketing and social media support, including oversight of office social media accounts. Reinforce a positive and inclusive office culture aligned with the company's core values. Assist in onboarding new agents by conducting orientations, introducing tech tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Listing Concierge), and familiarizing them with internal systems and partners. Collaborate with regional support and other operational teams to direct agents appropriately. Branch Manager & Recruiting Support

Support Branch Manager with scheduling, office organization, and events. Assist in recruiting by gathering local market data, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. Support the execution of office events and recognition activities, including social media and internal communications. Operational Coordination

Act as a liaison for IT and facilities issues to ensure the office runs smoothly. Maintain inventory and office supplies; manage incoming/outgoing mail. Partner with agents on business plan implementation and act as an accountability contact for progress follow-up. Identify areas for process improvement or product enhancement and communicate recommendations. Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

Previous experience in office support, administrative coordination, or customer service preferred. Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools; experience with marketing software or platforms (social media, CRMs, etc.) a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Passion for learning, problem-solving, and supporting others. Real estate industry experience or knowledge is helpful but not required. Pay Rate Range:

$22.17 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
