Executive Recruiter
to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building relationships with both clients and candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid and senior-level professional roles across multiple industries and functions. Source, engage, and evaluate high-caliber candidates through networking, headhunting, research, and industry mapping. Present qualified candidates to internal client managers with clear assessments and recommendations. Guide candidates through the interview, feedback, and offer stages with professionalism and transparency. Collaborate with the broader Equus team to share market intelligence, best practices, and candidate pipelines. Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment goals in a contingent, performance-based environment. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative market insights. Qualifications 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, contingent recruiting, or a related talent acquisition environment. Proven track record of success in client and candidate management. Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior leaders and decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
