Produce Associate

Your responsibilities will include receiving and preparing great food, maintaining the produce displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure our displays are attractive and clean, keeping cases and shelves well-stocked, organized, and free of expired products.
Assist in organizing seasonal and high-volume product displays alongside the Team Leader.
Monitor product quality and waste, ensuring timely communication with supervisors.
Complete necessary inventory checks and manage spoilage records.
Arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to fulfill your shift responsibilities, including training and meetings.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs effectively and promoting product sales.
Maximize sales by implementing effective procedures for prepping, stocking, and merchandising produce.
Follow safety, sanitation, and store procedural guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform opening, mid, and closing tasks as delegated, ensuring the accuracy of signage and pricing.
Report any safety hazards immediately.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Experience:
No previous retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours daily.
Frequent hand use for tasks like gripping, pushing, and pulling.
Requirements may include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ability to work in both wet and dry conditions.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Competent in using tools and equipment like knives and pallet jacks, and potentially using ladders.
The wage range for this role is $17.00 to $25.40 per hour based on your experience.
