Long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire

Are you a proactive problem solver who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment? Join a collaborative and supportive call center team where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls

Assist with billing inquiries and process secure payments

Manage order updates, changes, and tracking

Create service cases and escalate issues when necessary

Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems

Meet performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and efficiency

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of of consistent work experience in your most recent role

2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred

Comfortable handling payments and sensitive customer information

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and federal drug screening (THC disqualifying)

Must meet employment and education verification

$20.00 per hour
