What You'll Do: Deliver excellent customer service to

customers

regarding violations. Use systems and resources to resolve inquiries accurately on the first contact. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and clarity in every customer interaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and processes. Meet performance goals including productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. What We Look For:

Recent experience in a high-volume call center

(required) Strong job tenure

minimum 2+ years in recent roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic Pay Details:

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
