What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and communicate findings to management - Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business - Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows, procedures, and policies - Make informed decisions while assessing business risks and customer service needs - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to process legal orders and address customer complaints

What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry - Series 7 and 24 licenses required at the time of application - At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Availability for on-site inspection may be required for remote workers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry - Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaborative skills
