What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to managers - Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business - Identify opportunities to enhance and update workflows, procedures, and policies - Analyze trading activity and execute trades to correct errors made by registered representatives - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to process legal orders and customer complaints

What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of financial services industry experience - Series 7 & 24 required at time of application - At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Availability for on-site inspections for remote workers, with a hybrid schedule expected for local candidates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years of financial services industry experience - Highly collaborative team player with extraordinary attention to detail
