Job Description

The Analyst, Asset Management will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing the performance of a growing multifamily portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Asset Management team with property-level performance tracking, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance Excel-based financial models to track operating performance, variances, and reforecasting.
  • Analyze monthly property financials, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve NOI.
  • Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and business plans.
  • Prepare investor and internal reporting packages, including dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform asset-level decision-making.
  • Participate in due diligence efforts for acquisitions, including lease audits, market comps, and operating expense reviews.
  • Collaborate with third-party property managers to ensure data accuracy and KPI alignment.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, acquisitions, or related field. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline required. Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
