Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a commercial and industrial property management company located in Richmond, California. In this fully onsite role, you will play a key part in managing invoicing and billing tasks while providing additional administrative support to the team. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a long-term role. This role is part time with an anticipated 25-35 hours per week. Responsibilities: Process and manage tenant invoices, including rent and utilities payments. Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records. Address tenant billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively. Support subcontractor payment processes and related documentation. Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial and operational records. Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documentation. Collaborate with property owners to provide administrative and financial support. Monitor cash applications and collections to streamline financial operations. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management. Strong knowledge of commercial property management processes. Demonstrated expertise in cash applications and collections. Experience with tenant invoicing and billing functions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing. Effective communication skills to address tenant and subcontractor inquiries. Ability to work onsite in Richmond, California, and manage tasks independently.
