Responsibilities: Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to support office operations. Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records to ensure information is updated and accessible. Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars to optimize time and resources. Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as required. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and task completion. Monitor office supplies and facilitate reordering to maintain stock levels. Support internal systems and processes as needed to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems. Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with receptionist duties and fostering a well-organized office environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in common office software and tools. High degree of reliability and discretion in handling sensitive information.
