The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations on commercial interior projects valued at $1M and above. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a track record managing interior projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day onsite activities, ensuring adherence to project schedule, quality, and safety standards. Lead subcontractors, field teams, and vendors to deliver successful project outcomes. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions. Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and coordination of trades. Enforce jobsite safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and company policies. Utilize Procore to track project documentation, daily reports, and field operations. Ensure interiors and base building (when applicable) are executed to specifications and standards. 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction. Proven experience managing interior projects valued at $1M+. Exposure to base building projects a plus. Proficiency with Procore. Strong scheduling skills and ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
