The student associate position in the Department of American Studies provides vital office support to faculty, staff and students. Responsibilities: Provide front-desk coverage by answering main line phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment. Assist with departmental events. Assist with restocking the copy room with supplies. Assist with organizing and maintaining clean departmental seminar rooms. Assist with any other office-related projects. Required Qualifications
The ability to work well with others and maintain a professional demeanor. Be a welcoming presence and greet all guests at the front desk. Salary Range
$15 an hour Working Conditions
