Assist Center for Learning and Memory (CLM) within the Department of Neuroscience by providing general administrative support as outlined below: Responsibilities: Assist CLM Director with scheduling of meetings and appointments (e.g., organizing scheduling polls online, online sign-up sheets, etc.) Receive and check-in packages, when necessary Perform clerical duties, including data entry and filing Provide service to individuals both in person and via telephone and email Provide general administrative support Required Qualifications: Work-study award for fall 2025 Ability to work independently and solve problems Project a professional demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.) and ability to use common scheduling websites Added Value: Flexible Schedule Opportunities for advancement through wage increases, and growth in responsibilities Professional development opportunities and support, including potential opportunities to participate in lab research Professional Competencies Gained: Communicate in a clear and organized manner so that others can effectively understand Make decisions and solve problems using sound, inclusive reasoning and judgment Act with integrity and accountability to self, others, and the organization Hourly Rate:
