We are seeking a detail-oriented
Contracts Manager
with a strong background in
Managed Service Provider (MSP) oversight
to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the MSP, managing the full lifecycle of vendor contracts and ensuring delivery aligns with agreed-upon
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and performance expectations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and the MSP to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery. Essential Functions:
Service Delivery Management:
Provide MSP oversight, ensuring quick resolution of service disruptions, analyzing problem trends, and implementing process improvements. Participate in critical production issues, manage escalations, and provide system support and troubleshooting as needed. Lead technical teams when necessary. Documentation:
Maintain accurate knowledge articles, root cause analysis reports, and CMDB data. Provide weekly/monthly performance metrics to Tower leads. Vendor Relationship Management:
Liaise with MSP and other service providers to ensure timely service delivery, monitor performance, and suggest improvements. Ensure MSP follows all operational and security procedures. MSP Billing:
