Summary The Augustine Institute is seeking Public Space Attendants to work in the Housekeeping Department. Public Space Attendants will clean conference rooms and classrooms as assigned, ensuring the property's established standards of cleanliness. Attendants are responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies.
Duties & Responsibilities Cleaning bathrooms and public areas such as conference rooms. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and property requirements. Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards. Ensuring all rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards. Requirements At least 6 months’ experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperativeness with minimal supervision. Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
