Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. · Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and allergens. · Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner. · Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service. · Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. · Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. · Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. · Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. · Basic math skills for handling payments. · Professional appearance and positive attitude. · Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods. · Lift and carry trays, dishes, or other items (up to 30 lbs). · Bend, reach, and stoop as needed.
