We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support sales finance digital initiatives, analyze opportunities for automation and process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and forecast accuracy. This role reports to the Lead – Business Excellence and works closely with the Sales System & Process Lead to maintain the proprietary system, Compass. Key Responsibilities: Support the Compass Champion network and assist with monthly meetings Align with the Compass Capabilities team on sprint priorities and deliverables Execute training plans for system enhancements Analyze data and support TPM system improvements and Power BI reports Collaborate with IT on data integrations and workflow automation Support digital initiatives, defining technical requirements and managing change Perform ad hoc analyses for senior leadership Build relationships with stakeholders across business and IT Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with sales finance and trade promotion systems Experience working in an agile environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and related tools Experience with TPM systems and IBP processes Strong business acumen and process improvement skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range is $88,000 - $110,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Benefits include healthcare, wellbeing programs, and other employee resources. Location: Chicago/Aon Center. Equal Opportunity Employer:
