Analyze large and complex data sets to create visual dashboards in Power BI. Collaborate with global and local HR teams on data structuring, projects, and dashboard development. Manage data connections and ensure accuracy for HR data sets. Understand metrics such as turnover, vacancy rate, retention, engagement, and internal mobility. Develop efficient data management practices, coordinate with teams, and improve data sources and automation. Design analytical approaches to enhance business reporting and data quality. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Experience handling large datasets on a global scale.
