The Company is seeking a Vice President for Retail Leasing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing new business development, growing client relationships, and supporting the client transaction process. This role requires a professional with a strong desire for success in sales, the ability to handle complex conversations with a diverse range of clients, and a proactive approach to work. The VP will be involved in all aspects of real estate services, including evaluation, negotiation, and successful delivery. Key responsibilities include cold calling, converting calls to meetings, and maintaining a robust market research database. The role also involves working with sophisticated analytical tools, and financial models, and actively participating in the brokerage team.
An ideal candidate for this position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial real estate brokerage, a state real estate license, and a proven track record in high-level sales production. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are essential. The candidate should be adept at project management, multi-tasking, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
